The company is led by General Manager Eng. Alhadi Aljalidi, drawing on deep field experience rooted in Tibesti Oil Services Co. (founded on April 21, 2004), which established high-performance standards in pipeline handling and field operations.

Chartered Corporate Objectives (Article 3)
Al-Lamsa Al-Satiaa Co. for General Contracting & Real Estate Investment was incorporated as a Libyan limited liability company pursuant to the Articles of Association dated September 8, 2015. In accordance with Article (3) of its charter, the company is officially chartered to execute a comprehensive portfolio of civil engineering, infrastructure, commercial, and investment activities, positioned to deliver major infrastructure and reconstruction initiatives across Libya.
